Features:

· High environmental performance, with a complete exhaust system to reduce dust generated during packaging.

· High packaging accuracy: it has two feeding modes (fast and slow) regulated by imported Mitsubishi variable frequency drive. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, equipped with high-precision weighing sensors and imported Japanese quantitative control instruments. The instrument can be equipped with standard interfaces to realize communication with the central system, enabling the master control system to monitor the packaging process.

· The hopper is equipped with an anti-bridging device, which loosens the materials before screw conveying, making them less prone to arching and bridging.

· The bagging port adopts an environmentally friendly rubber block bag clamping device, which can seal and clamp the bag mouth to prevent dust overflow during packaging.

· Equipped with a conveying and sewing system to implement the whole process (conveying, inner plastic bag sealing, bag mouth folding, pressing, sewing, palletizing, etc.).
