Pneumatic Mixing Equipment
The pneumatic mixing equipment is a patented product of our company. It can integrate conveying functions, sucking the materials that need to be mixed into the mixing chamber, and also pressurizing the mixed materials to deliver them to the designated location.
The feeding and discharging forms of the pneumatic mixing equipment are diverse, capable of meeting various production processes.
After the materials enter the mixing chamber, initially, compressed air pulses cause the volume of the materials to expand and their fluidity to improve. The materials have a certain trend of fluidization. Then, the materials in the center of the storage chamber pulsate upward, the materials around pulsate downward, the top materials spread outward from the center, and the bottom materials move from the periphery to the center, achieving a material pulsation cycle, thereby ensuring thorough mixing of the materials.
